We are a local wood fuel provider; with our woodlands managed in accordance with the Forestry Standard within a Scottish Forestry approved Long Term Forest Plan (LTFP), as well as being certified under the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) and UK Woodland Assurance Standard (UKWAS), you can be sure you are buying wood fuel from a sustainable source. Our woodlands are managed by Gordon, our hard-working resident forester, and Scottish Woodlands.
Given our fortunate proximity to a number of local processors, our Barwhillanty timber is converted into a number of renewable products from loo paper to structural timbers. We also process a small amount of timber ourselves on our own sawmill for estate use.
It doesn’t get much simpler.
