RELOCATE

Position your home in the heart of nature.

We hold a diverse collection of affordable rural rented properties. As an accredited landlord we are proactive in our management and invest consistently to improve the quality and energy performance of your future home.

We strive for environmental sustainability and as such heat a number of our properties from Estate sourced sustainable timber. Relocate to nature and enjoy the benefits of our community.

Our locality is rich in amenities.

Crossmichael village is three miles away and equipped with a primary school, excellent village shop and passionately run pub.

Our closest town is Castle Douglas, a professed food town, with a high school and a high street lined with plentiful quality, local businesses.

Better For Being Here

We understand that our region isn’t a recognised Blue Zone area, but we feel our small corner of Scotland meets some of the criteria that supports the belief that people live longer, better lives by improving their environment.

Please get in touch if you would be interested in moving here.

Biophilia. Experience the curative effects of reconnecting with nature.

Breathe clean air. Leave the city smog behind.

Run, walk, cycle on endless minor roads and forest tracks or leap into Loch Ken for a wild swim, SUP or row.

Grow your own veg. All our properties have gardens that can sustain a vegetable patch….. with a little graft!

Sleep better. Let the sound of nature send you to sleep.

Keep it local. We are fortunate to be blessed with a number of great local artisan producers. Reconnect with where your food comes from.

Community. Be a part of this special part of the world.

Connectivity. A great number of our properties have, or are eligible for, Ultrafast Full Fibre Broadband. Work from home without the frustrations of a slow connection.
