We are proud producers of prime lamb. Our prime lamb originates from our closed flock of around 1200 sheep.
Mainly comprised of the wool shedding Easycare breed, our sheep are hardy, productive and require minimal intervention. Being kept outside all year round, grassland provides the majority of their feed, supplemented only approaching and during the lambing season.
We rely on natural productivity of grass and clover, simply managing pH levels through use of lime and replacing lost nutrients with fertiliser when necessary due to excessive rain or having cut their fields for hay/silage.
We supply our lamb to supermarkets and the butchery trade. You can also buy it through us direct. . All packaged or vacuum packed with an option of either fresh or frozen. Always seasoned and well hung for unmatched flavour.
