Following Government guidance to combat the spread of Coronavirus (Corvid-19) we like to remind those who access the estate to follow self distancing guidance:
Please understand that in many cases work has to continue on the estate and taking access is putting our workforce and tenants at risk. The virus can survive on surfaces, particularly metal for up to 72 hours so please think of this when using gates i.e. use gloves or your sleeve provided they too are not contaminated. We will get thought this if we all follow the government guidance. Let’s do all we can to keep our loved ones and this country safe.
Our office is on limited hours however if anyone needs to get in touch our office phone is diverting to mobiles. Should you be struggling with your rent please contact us before you default to see if we can explore a solution. No tradesmen will be requiring access to your property unless work is deemed essential. We will contact you by either phone or email should access be required.
We are here to help and we will get though this together but must follow the social distancing guidance as set our below.
Should you be going for a walk etc. please also follow our access guidance. Let’s do all we can to keep our loved ones and this country safe.
Following Government guidance to combat the spread of Coronavirus (Corvid-19) we regret to inform you that we will be closing our holiday cottages with immediate effect until the 3rd July 2020. As of the 4th July 2020 are properties will be open to the public. We are ever hopeful this date is now fixed but the situation is constantly evolving and this may change.
Given the exceptional circumstances, despite our term and conditions stating your deposit is no refundable, your deposit will remain valid for 2 years; any difference in the balance of future bookings will need settled. We hope you agree this is considerate in these challenging times. We really do appreciate your business.
We would like to reassure you for when you do return that we have implemented numerous measures within our properties to combat the spread of this dreaded virus – details of which can be found on the below PDF. Barwhillanty remains a paradise and we greatly look to welcoming you back. Let’s do all we can to keep our loved ones and this country safe.
