Barwhillanty Estate manages a diverse portfolio of 24 rural residential properties, 6 of these properties are let in association with 4 let farms. A majority of the remaining housing is let at affordable rural rents to the local community. We are proactive in our integrated management approach and invest consistently to improve the quality and energy performance of our housing stock to protect the long-term sustainability of our business. We strive for environmental sustainability and as such heat a number of these properties from estate sourced timber. All properties on the estate have a private water supply.
